In the second Ruku of Surah Rehman Allah explains His numerous blessings for His creation. This Ruku emphasizes on the balance of this word and compliance of Allah’s order of the moon, sun, stars, and trees. This Ruku calls for reflection and thankfulness for the sacred signs and approvals from the ‘Most Merciful’.

In the third Ruku of Surah Rehman, Allah’s infinite mercy and a large number of blessings to humans are described. This section mainly emphasizes the creation of humans from the mud, the balance of words, and various evidence of Allah’s power. The main theme in this Ruku is Allah’s justice and the importance of accepting Allah’s will.
